This publication has no patient intake form, account or newsletter signup. Notebook selections live in browser memory. Copy and print actions operate locally; selections disappear when the page is reloaded.

A location search places your query in the URL and sends it to the hosting server to return matching places. Do not enter medical information. Hosting and DNS providers may process ordinary connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Partner links include page-level marketing parameters. We do not add a medical profile or your notebook choices to them. External sites have their own privacy policies. This policy describes the current implementation as of September 23, 2026.
