Amble presents online medical care with a short intake, physician review and medication delivery if prescribed. Its offer is easiest to assess when three items stay together: the selected medicine, the full paid term and the point at which an order reaches the pharmacy. A starting monthly figure cannot answer all three.
For this review, we checked Amble’s public pages and October 12 terms on October 15, 2026, including the displayed price table in a browser. We did not enroll, place an order or verify patient outcomes. The discussion below describes what the company publishes and identifies details that still need a plan-specific answer.
Amble’s current terms make pharmacy transmission the ordinary refund cutoff and require 15 days’ notice before the next billing date. A discounted multi-month payment should be evaluated with those conditions, not just its monthly average.
Read the selected GLP-1 quote rather than the general starting price
The homepage advertises plans starting at $99 per month across its broader service offering. On the compounded GLP-1 injections page, the price table displayed during our browser check showed $179 for one month, $160 per month for three months and $135 per month for six months. These are the figures visible for that offer, not a verified quote for every medication or applicant.
At those displayed rates, three months totals $480 and six months totals $810 before any separately applicable promotion or charge. The terms say bulk plans are charged at purchase. Ask the checkout to identify the exact preparation, supply and amount collected; the general GLP-1 label should not be used to assume a specific tirzepatide prescription.
Amble says its plans include medication when prescribed, supplies, shipping and clinical monitoring, without a separate membership fee. The product page qualifies its same-price-at-every-dose language: prices may change and introductory promotions are treated separately. Our cost fieldnote explains how to keep the term beside the total.

The order becomes nonrefundable before shipment
The October 12 terms permit cancellation for a full refund without a cancellation fee before an order is sent to the pharmacy for filling. Once sent, the order is ordinarily nonrefundable, including all months of supply covered by that order. Waiting until a parcel ships can therefore miss the stated cutoff.
Amble says medication may be dispensed in one- or three-month increments. A later shipment does not necessarily mean the corresponding portion of the paid order remains refundable. Its terms separately provide an initial-payment refund when the ordered treatment is medically inappropriate and cannot be prescribed.
For future membership renewals, cancellation requests must arrive at least 15 days before the next billing date. The terms allow email or a request through the patient dashboard and say later requests may take effect for the following cycle. Retain the request and confirmation, and ask which order has already been transmitted.
Online care can still require a live visit
Amble Health Inc. describes the platform as a managed-services business providing technology and administration, rather than a pharmacy or medical facility. The clinical decision belongs to the licensed professional, and an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Obtain the treating practice and dispensing pharmacy information for your own order.
The FAQ says care can often begin after an online review, but lists New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana and Mississippi as requiring a brief video or audio visit. It advertises nationwide access with exclusions. Those statements should be checked for the selected treatment and the patient’s location.
The site describes secure messaging, scheduled check-ins and 24-hour support access. That does not establish a measured physician response time. Ask who receives clinical messages and what follow-up is included. The FAQ says HSA/FSA cards are accepted for plans of three months or longer; account eligibility remains a separate question.

What the member-results numbers actually measure
Amble publishes weight and appetite results with an unusually important footnote. It describes a May 2025 survey of more than 16,000 US members, using self-reported measurements and compensated participation. It says the results were not independently verified and concern the full program, which can include different medication arrangements.
Those conditions prevent the figures from serving as a controlled test of a particular compounded prescription or a forecast for a new patient. The site also says some promotional imagery uses nonmembers and that before-and-after submissions come from paid affiliates. We have not converted those promotional figures into a clinical rating.

Keep pharmacy status and product approval separate
The product page identifies the offer as compounded medication. State pharmacy licensure or a facility’s FDA registration does not make an individual compounded drug FDA-approved. The compounding fieldnote explains why approved products and compounded preparations require distinct evidence.
Amble advertises cold shipping at no additional cost when medication is prescribed. We did not observe fulfillment or establish an arrival deadline. Ask the dispensing pharmacy for the instructions that apply to the actual prescription, including handling a delivery problem.
The Bliv review provides a second policy example: it distinguishes platform subscriptions, clinical evaluation fees and medication-order refunds. Similar online enrollment language does not mean the same payment obligations.
