Bliv promotes a brief online consultation and medication delivery, with several price figures on the same offer page. The practical task is to establish which figure applies to the selected plan and what happens after the clinician’s decision. A financing payment, a promotional headline and a medication price answer different questions.
We reviewed Bliv’s homepage, GLP-1 offer, terms and medical privacy notice on October 15, 2026, and checked the displayed offer in a browser. We did not submit an intake or test its clinical service. The published policies supply useful detail, but the final selected checkout and prescription remain essential.
Bliv publishes separate rules for subscriptions, evaluations and medication. Confirm the total commitment and the point when the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, and do not treat a pay-later figure as the cost of the medicine.
Three price presentations need three explanations
The GLP-1 landing page displayed a starting headline of $58 per month alongside a limited-time 50% promotion. Its pricing cards separately listed semaglutide from $116 and tirzepatide from $199 per month, subject to plan structure and eligibility. The page did not establish for this review the exact upfront payment or how long the lowest headline would apply.
A further card advertised pay-later options from $29 per month. That describes a financing presentation, not an independently confirmed medication price. Ask for the financed amount, repayment period, applicable lender terms and total obligation before comparing it with a monthly medical-care charge.
The site promotes no contracts and no hidden subscriptions. Its general terms nevertheless describe paid subscriptions with automatic renewal where selected. These can be different features or plans; ask whether the actual purchase is recurring, prepaid or financed. The cost guide keeps those payment structures separate.

Identify the clinical practice behind the brand
Bliv’s terms identify Metabody Services, LLC as the platform operator. Its joint medical privacy notice identifies Metabody Medical P.A. and affiliated professional entities as the clinical practices. The notice lists separate entities for several states, including California, New York and New Jersey, Kansas, Colorado and Texas.
Medical care operates under the clinical group’s consent and privacy documents. The terms say clinicians may request additional information, tests or an in-person visit, and may decline treatment. That qualification matters beside the homepage’s broad promise of no phone or video visit.
The terms describe independent US pharmacy partners and say the assigned pharmacy appears in the prescription label and order details. This review did not verify an individual professional’s license or inspect a dispensing facility.

An evaluation fee and a medication charge have different rules
Under the terms, a clinical evaluation fee is refunded if the clinician finds the applicant unsuitable or declines treatment. After a completed evaluation with treatment offered, that fee is ordinarily nonrefundable. Medication is charged only after prescription approval.
The medication order can be canceled for a full refund before the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy. After transmission, the medication charge is nonrefundable under the ordinary policy. Bliv promises a free replacement for a damaged, incorrect or unusable shipment reported within seven days, and a medication-charge refund if the pharmacy cannot fill the prescription, unless the patient chooses a clinician-approved alternative.
Approved refunds are described as returning to the original payment method within ten business days. These are published service terms, not timelines measured by this review.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel every pending service
The general policy permits cancellation through account settings, applicable app-store settings or support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing through that period. Subscription, program and AI-credit charges are ordinarily not prorated or refunded, subject to the stated exceptions and applicable law.
Bliv explicitly separates subscription cancellation from a pending prescription, lab order or clinical appointment. State the order you want to stop and obtain confirmation of its stage. The Amble review illustrates a different renewal-notice requirement; neither service’s broad flexibility language replaces its detailed policy.
Understand the support channel and the limits of the evidence
The public offer says clinician approval usually occurs within a day and medication delivery typically takes three to five days. These are company estimates; they do not demonstrate an individual’s eligibility or a measured turnaround. Ask when the clock starts and how to reach a human member of the care team.
Bliv’s terms and medical privacy notice describe an AI assistant used for information and care-team support. They say the assistant does not make clinical decisions and that clinicians review AI-generated material before clinical action. We did not test those workflows. An automated reply should not be mistaken for a prescribing decision.
The GLP-1 offer identifies compounded medications. FDA does not approve these preparations or review them for safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing. The compounding guide explains why claims about approved medicines or testimonials cannot establish the same results for an individual compounded prescription.
